1 General Provisions and Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

3.2 Multiple Account Prohibition

Only one account per person is permitted. If the same individual creates multiple accounts, they will be closed and all balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

3.3 Updating Account Information

If your personal information changes, update it through your account settings or via the support team. rbaje will not be responsible for any payment delays or issues caused by outdated information.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. This means an amount equal to the first deposit will be added as bonus balance. A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirement Details

To withdraw bonus funds, the total amount wagered must equal the bonus amount multiplied by 25. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳25,000 in bets. A time limit may apply for fulfilling the wagering requirement.

5.3 General Terms for Bonus Use

• Each bonus offer can only be used once.
• Bonus balance is non-transferable.
• Bonus use may be restricted to certain games — see the details of each offer.
• If fraudulent or abnormal betting patterns are detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play
